A clear order brief helps organise an African custom greeting video request. Prepare the occasion, recipient name, message, preferred style, use date, playback setting and delivery requirements. Contact Blessings Video on WeChat 344469948 to discuss which options are available for your celebration.

Prepare the personal message details

Start with the occasion and the recipient name or nickname. Then provide the sign text and spoken greeting as separate items. Include pronunciation guidance where needed and confirm dates and sender names. Share only the personal information necessary to create the greeting, rather than unrelated private documents or contact records.

Explain the preferred style and timing

Identify a sample style you like and state the date when the finished file is needed. Ask about the relevant team schedule and whether your requested wording or action is practical. A general service description is not confirmation that a particular date or special request has been accepted.

Describe how the video will be used

Explain whether the file is for a phone, party television or event screen. Discuss orientation, subtitles, file delivery and any additional versions. Finally, confirm the price, production scope, expected delivery and modification arrangements together, so both sides are working from the same brief.
