Order a Custom Greeting Video on WeChat: A Clear First-Message Template

Put the essential details in one message

Ordering a custom greeting video on WeChat is easier when the first enquiry explains the occasion, recipient and deadline together. Add the style you prefer and a budget range if you have one. A budget helps narrow the options; it does not establish the final price or confirm that every requested feature is available.

Copy and adapt this enquiry

“Hello, I would like a birthday greeting for a friend. Recipient: [preferred name]. Pronunciation: [voice note]. Style: [team reference]. Spoken message: [script]. Sign: [yes/no and text]. Orientation: [portrait/landscape]. Date needed: [date and time zone]. Budget: [range]. Use: [private gift/public posting]. Please confirm available teams, included services and delivery arrangements.” Replace the brackets with your own details and identify any requirement that is essential.

Compare complete quotes

Ask whether the quote covers the requested speech length, sign, captions, music and additional editing. Confirm any rush or revision charges before accepting the package. Ask when the script becomes final and how a misspelled name or another difference from the approved brief would be handled. Keep one written confirmation of the final team, text, price and delivery requirements.
