Real-Person Birthday Greetings: Confirm Personalization and Video Quality

Make personalization easy to recognize

A real-person birthday greeting centers on a performer addressing the recipient on camera. To make the message specific, include the preferred name and a small detail that matters to them, such as a favorite activity or a recent achievement. Ask how the requested message will be produced and delivered rather than relying only on a promotional label or thumbnail.

Confirm how your text will appear

Separate the words the performer must say from captions, sign text and any closing card. A sentence requested only as a subtitle is different from a sentence that must be spoken. Ask what can be customized, which performers are available and what changes are possible after the script is approved. If you have requirements about filming or editing methods, raise them before the quotation is finalized.

Check the delivered original file

Watch the original video and compare the name, script and visible text with the final brief. Listen for clear speech and look for cropped signs or captions. Some messaging apps reduce preview quality, so download the original file before deciding whether the picture is unsuitable. When reporting an issue, provide the exact timestamp and describe the difference from the agreed content.
