Plan an African greeting video for an event with a clear screen format, script, sound check and delivery deadline. Agent enquiries welcome.
Start with the venue requirements
Before selecting a team, ask the venue about screen orientation, file compatibility and audio playback. Share these requirements when requesting a quote. A short greeting may work before a birthday presentation or celebration speech, but timing should be planned with the event host.
Confirm usage and review time
Explain whether the video will be shown privately, at a company event or in public promotion. Ask about appropriate performer, music and sample usage permissions. Receive and test the file ahead of the event, with time to address issues under the agreed revision policy.
Frequently asked question: Can an ordinary greeting be used as a brand endorsement?
Do not assume endorsement rights. Explain the intended commercial use and request explicit agreement for any promotional claims.
