African Birthday Video Reseller Guide: Join Our Agent Network

Help customers create a birthday surprise

An African birthday greeting video gives customers a way to send a personal message when they cannot celebrate in person. Blessings Video invites reseller enquiries from businesses that want to add customized digital gifts to their selection. The agent’s role is to make ordering clear and reliable.

Collect the right birthday details

Ask for the recipient name, pronunciation, birthday date and exact greeting. Confirm the preferred team and any sign text before requesting production. Read names and dates back to the buyer; a small spelling error can reduce the value of a personal gift.

Set realistic expectations

Check availability before promising a deadline. Explain the agreed video format, delivery channel and revision policy. After delivery, ask whether the customer can open the file. Request permission before using a private birthday video as a promotional example.
